Blind Transfer with AutoDial?

So, I have a very sticky situation that is making my life un-fun.

The situation is that we have 3 phones in a room. These 3 phones will need an individual private/unique DN so that when the person calls out they can leave a call-back DN so it does not ring the other 2 phones. The other requirement is that there is a shared DN to ring all three phones when any of the three people are needed (first come first serve). The next requirement is that they have at least 2 "lines" from which to make calls on. That last one is so they can be on a call and then make another call if they need help or whatever.

So far the scenario setup would work fine with SCR (private DN) on key 0 and MCR (global DN) on key 1 and then setting LHK/LPK appropriately. The problem comes in with the last requirement. The people want to be able to grab a call in progress from any of the phones. Or for example, if a call comes in to either the SCR or MCR and they answer it on phone 1 they would then like to be able to pick that call up from phone 2 if they need to move to phone 2.

Now, a simple transfer or call park would work for me, but the people I am dealing with do not want to have all of these button presses to do this (or memorize the private numbers or walk back and forth).

So, I was hoping there was a way to direct a call park to a specific DN so 2 buttons could be programmed (PARK/PICKUP) without having to get an assigned number. If that is not possible I was hoping for a combined blind transfer key + autodial so they could press that one (which could transfer to a phantom) and then they could do a group pickup key to grab it from the phantom.

Is any of that possible? Worst case I have to convince them that they need to learn how to park a call :)

PS.. This is a group of radiologists, so you might understand the issue better :)

How about taking the easy route, after all their Radiologists. "They don't do buttons" :)
