We have an Opt 61, Symposium and OTM but I can't find a way to tell who around here is making blind transfers. Does anybody know a way to see who is doing this?

not from a phone ...
a CDR can track calls till the end of hte call

is this happening to the same dn? if so try entc x x x x y with y=to the time in minutes, then gotr.. ld 80, might want to look it up. enhanced trace will catch the protocol-ed challanged

No, the blind transfers are from random exts to different exts. There was one that went to dn xxxx on Friday that we don't know who made the transfer. Will "entc xxxx y" in ld 80 tell who made the transfer if I know who it was to?

only if you have the trac in place when the call was transfered.. that's a hard one to catch..

That's what I thought. Thanks for the help.

if the original term stationis answering on a did, you can track the transfer to party during the call and still see the original dialed number.. i just did a test here and the original dialed number was still in the trac. if the xfer to station is the person complaining you can put a trac button on that phone, the trace will alert someone in the switch who can do a quick ld 80 trace...
