inattend console and mx-one version five
operator issue on inattend console
After the operator has answered an incoming call and does a blind transfer the incoming call is cut off the operator has no indication of the call cutting off until the external caller rings back and complains
also the extension that the call was transferd to explains that the extension rang twice and when they answer there is no one this only happens on a blind transfer
i beleive the problem is with the cmg/tac
