BLF on BCM 400

Should the BLF work properly on a BCM 400 rel 3.7f
I have one on site which was working fine with their old MICS, but now it works intermittent or doesn't work at all.

Don't believe the old 7310 BLF's work after release 2.5. They might function depending on the release of the 7310.

There is a similar problem with the MICS/KICS due to the release version of the phone. Many of the phones don't have the release version on the label so you cannot always tell what version you have. One way to see if you have a newer release is by adjusting the display contrast. If the contrast only allowes 1 to 4 then try replacing the phone with one that will go to 1 to 9.
