BLF not working

hi

we have a system openscape X5 V1. we already have siemens blf 90 keys w/ power adapter and phone optipoints 500 standard.the phone is working but blf is blinking only top and button keys. please help me

Look in the info for the BLF 90 and look to see what phones (and minimum firmware level) that support it. That is a relatively new creature of maybe 3 years and I'm sure there are minimum versions of stuff you need to have to use it...

This link goes to the wiki page - it states you can use openstage 60/40/T and on the 60 certain hardware and software minimums.

the system is h3k v9 before and upgraded to osbiz ..then one time the bfl 90 keys is working until it happen being deffective. when we try to replace a new bfl 90keys its not working.

how to solve this
