BLF button for external number 2

Hi Guys

Got a requirement for a customer which I'm reasonably sure we can't acheive but thought I'd check here first!

A customer of ours wants to have BLF (or similar) buttons for external DDI numbers. For example, user A and user B both have a button labelled support, that dials 0123456789. when user A pushes that button, user B can see that someone in the business is on the phone to Support.

This is a server edition with SIP lines.

Well, if you wanna do a bit out of the box you could setup a user which have twinning enabled to the number you wanna dial.
In that case they can have a User button for that user and dial and see status on the button.
