Blends with irregular objects

Hello can you makes blends with irregular objects? Objects that were made with custom curves using the bezier tool. Here is an example, this is my website, and the top object has a blend. I created the blend by making objects and resizing them and recoloring them. Is there a way to do this quicker? Thanks

You can work with contour. You have to bring down your offset to .01 to make sure you can get the steps you need to accomplish the task.
