I'm trying to figure out how to blend photos using psp 8 to create my own web page layout. anyone have a clue as to how to go about thi?

Blending photos using psp 8

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by "blend". Do you want to put part or all of one photo into another, put photos side by side, make a collage of photos or something all together different?
If you are trying to make a whole page that renders as an image, you would be making a really big mistake for a lot of different reasons. Most web pages are combinations of graphics and text areas and it's your HTML code that makes it look "put together". The better you are at coding (or the better your WYSIWYG program is, the better your page will look. One big graphic would, in all likelyhood, be very slow to download and you would have to put hotspots on it in order to navigate off the page, etc. It's a really clumsy way to do a web page.
