I am working on an issue where we are having some agents that are not able to log into a blended (outbound and inbound) envt.

In comparing a good and bad phone(I have now compared 3 good and 3 bad) the only difference I see is on a good phone it has FCTB 1 and on a bad it has FCTB 0

I know that section has to do with CTI\Symposium\Phone being acq so it could make sense..

I can't find FCTB in my NTPs so was hoping someone could explain it.

I think it is something like Force Call Tone Block as I think ours is set to 2 and the call will be forced to the agent with a preceeding tone within two seconds. Since the known good phones have the setting of 1 try to match it and see if you still have the problem. Good luck.
