blending actual video clip ...

i'm wondering if anybody knows how to incorporate video into a flash movie.

best example i can find of this is here:

on her homepage (completely done in flash) ellen walks out (from offscreen) and talks. i do video, so isolating a person is not so much an issue. question is how to transfer that to flash.
