I have reports of two associates who sit next to each and share a drop (but not same port/IP) who say they can sometimes hear the other one's conversation if they are on the phone. So one is on the phone with a client, the other will pick up thier phone dial and hear the conversation.

Have any of you run into this problem before and what was the fix/correction?

Thanks.

it sounds like cross-talk over ip. the cables are probably running to close to an AC Unit. If the cables were shielded, that would help. I would pop a cieling tile and see if you can see anything.
