Does anyone know how to block email attachments with the specific extension (e.g. .exe, .scr, etc) on Domino server?

Buy some anti virus software. Even groupshield although if I was you I wouldnt touch McAfee with a barge pole gives you the ability to block certain kinds of attachments

I am using Sophos Mailmonitor, and (I personally think) it does an excellent job!

You can download a trial version from sophos.com
