blanks in a report

Hi

I've got a report running off a query which prints out all the records in a table. However it also prints out the blank records. Is there any way of getting it to ignore the blanks so the information is shifted along?

Are you sure they are blank records and not just extended pages of the prior page.

You should double check your margins and report widths. Your margins (left and right) plus your report width should not exceed your paper width. Make sure you take into account the report orientation.
