I am running apache 1.3.26 with PHP and I keep getting a blank web page displayed. Its a windows 2000 machine. I am able to view the source code of the blank web page and it is my code. Any Ideas?

You mean your PHP code?
Probably you haven't installed PHP correctly.
Have a look at this document and foolow all the in the section "Installing PHP on Windows with Apache 1.3.x".
There are two ways, one is installing as CGI and the other installing as SAPI-Module. I prefer the SAPI method.
