Blank Touchscreen on a Micros 2700

I'm a manager at a restaurant that uses Micros 2700, earlier this evening I had one of my computers have a split LCD screen and I followed the directions in the thread I have referenced for a "video reset"

It worked, my screen isnt split anymore... now I have a completely blank touchscreen, and the system wont recognize any sign in numbers with the keyboard half.
Is there any way I can get the touchscreen to reset, or turn back on without having to call a repair tech?

Your database is gone. If you have multiple terminals you can clear the database, load into a few device parameters and reload a database from any other terminal on the network. But it's not something end-users generally do as some background in programming is necessary but it only takes 10 minutes to accomplish if you know what your doing.
