Blank text with emails that have image attachements

Hi there,

Could anyone help with the following:

Every now and again we have a problem sending emails that contain image attachments, particularly company logos. The problem is that while the logo sends ok, any text that has been typed does not send through so the recipient recieves a blank email (apart from the logo).

We run Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000.

The problem occurs on new emails that have a logo as part of the signature or to ones that we reply to where the sender has used images.

This doesn't happen every time, but enough to cause a growing concern for our firm.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
