Just installed SI 7.5. Installed the web client, put a report and db on the server to see what we could see. when i used the HTML viewer to generate the report, nothing came up except the report header. Used the Info desktop to view the same report....same thing. Used Crystal to run the same report and the info turned up.

Did you use Crystal reports on the Info server? If not, try it there.
Also, can you view the sample reports? If so, open the report designer on the Info server, create a simple one table - one field report and add it to the desktop. Can you see that? I wouldn't worry about the web desktop until it works properly in the Info desktop.
