Blank Report after List Box Selection from a Form

What I'm trying to accomplish:
I want a Form that presents the user with a list of valid selection criteria (City, specifically) from which they can select multiple criteria, and then run a Report.

Situation:
I've created a Form with a Multiple Select List Box, and a command button that then displays the Report.

Problem:
Regardless of my Selection from the List box on the form, the Report is blank.

Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?

You can't use a multi-select list box without running some code that builds a where clause to use in the OpenReport command. There is a faq at
