I have a report, which is categorized by either Closed, Routed or Pending..However there are tickets that don't have any status. I don't want to view those tickets on the report. How can I remove those records from my report??? Thanks
You exclude them from the query on which the report is based.
If the report is based directly on the table, then click the builder (the dots to the right of the recordsource property of the report, and specify an appropriate criteria on status (probably not null), but I do not know the structure of your data, so you have to decide that.
