blank popups in internet explorer 6

Hi I just got ie6. I am on win2k. whenever i click on a link that opens a new, smaller popup window it appears blank, I have no idea how to fix this.. If anyone could help that would be great, thanks.

thanks I fixed the problem by uninstalling ie6, I dont think I will miss the new icon too much

I've just managed to solve this problem by going into Start-Programs-System Tools-System Information then clicking on Tools-System File Checker and choosing the option to extract files from the installation disk.

There are problems with IE6 replacing oleaut32.dll with a newer, incompatible version. Extract this file and put it into the Windows System folder.

I also found I had problems with shell32.dll, so I extracted that too and having extracted these files I've had no more problems.
