Blank pages appear during report

Every other page of my report is a blank page. How do i get rid of this?

I have looked in all the properties and cannot find a sensible reason for this. Thank you for your help already.

Your page margins are probably set at 1" all around. That means you have 6.5" of horizontal viewing space. Open your report in design view and set the width of the form to 6.5". You can check this by using the ruler at the top of the page.

Access will always tack on another page if your report is wider than the printable area. If this doesn't solve the problem you may have issues with your SQL statement that you're using to define the report's data source.

Firstly, its in cm and when i changed it from 23.086cm to a lower amount, it did not make a difference. I am looking in Report Properties, and Width and i cannnot get it to work. Thank you for your help already.

Exactly. Go to File>Page Setup and click on the margins tab. To what values are your margins set?

For the whole doc, they are set to 24.99mm. But will this value effect the report? Thank you for your help already.

Hi Matt,

I think this could be caused by a control on the report being slightly too wide. This is usually a line (in my experience) but could be one of the text boxes or labels right at the right hand side. In design mode, drag the right hand edge of the report as far to the left as you can - if there appears to be space between the rightmost control and the edge of the paper then there is probably a line somewhere - maybe right at the top or bottom of a section (so it's difficult to see) that is slightly too wide.

If not then try reducing the left and right margins in page setup.
