Hi all,

In trying to publish reports in Access, I'm having trouble getting data from different tables. The report, itself, is based on static data from one table, and, updatable data from another. However, when I set the control source for the dynamic data, I get an error, saying that the Jet Access db doesn't recognize that value. Also, when I print reports, I always have extra, blank pages printed. What can I do to fix these problems?

Dan

Make sure that you link both tables in a query by setting a relationship criteria (i.e. 2 fields that are identical in both tables).
As for your printing, are you printing from a local port (LPT1) or are you trying to print from a network printer?

I'm working from a local port. Thanks.

Dan

I've also encountered this problem with a network printer. I can't help you Dan but would like to see someone get involved with this issue.
