BLANK page opens in Report Manager while Exporting

All,

I notice a blank page opens up eack time I try to export a report from report manager to any formet eg. Excel, pdf.

Is there a way to suppress this page from opening up?

Does it go away when the export is done or is it a persistant "emtpy" page?

Also, does the export actually work? Have you verified the exported report opens up in the format you exported it to and that it has data in it?

Yes the report has data and works fine. It exports in the format I choose.

The blank page is the one that opens up first before the actual excel or pdf report pops up and the page remains even after I have closed the report. So I have to manually close it also.
