Blank Page Being Inserted When Printing on A4 Paper

All-

When printing crystal 8 reports from web project on A4 Paper under windows 2000, a blank page is inserted. There are not any fields and/or lines outside the margin on the page, but the problem still persists. Is this a known issue? Are there any other settings I should check?
