Blank Page after Report

I have adjusted all of my margins and have made sure that all my information within my report is well in between the margins and measurements, yet I still get a blank page when I print out a 1 page report. All the information is on the first page and a second page prints out with nothing on it. I have tightened all of my margins and have set up the page to within 8" long and 6.5" in width and I still have two pages come out. Any ideas? Thanks/

Make sure the Height property is set to zero for the report footer.

Thank you for the response Zonie -

I do not have a report footer, and my page footer is set 0".
Maybe I do have a report footer and I am not looking in the right location, but it is listed as

Page Header
Detail
Page Footer
