Blank Outlook Address Book

Hi,

I have a strange problem with one of my Outlook 2000 users. They have about 500 contacts in their Contact folder, and have the contact folder set to display as an address book. However whenever they try to address an email using the Contacts option under the Outlook Address Book it simply shows up blank.

Has anyone ever experienced this before or could anyone offer any suggestions as to solutions. I have tried everything I can think of to sort it.
