Blank Originator

I hope someone can help me with this, in my 'Outbound messages awaiting delivery' queue i have (and continue to receive) a number of messages where the originator is <> and the destination host is dell.com. When i go into the details it says that messages from my ip address are being throttled due to low senderbase reputation. The thing is that a thousand of these will pop up in a matter of minutes. I know the server isnt set up for open relay. Any help or ideas are appreciated.

Doublecheck to make sure the SMTP relay agent isn't enabled. By default it is.
