Blank line insertion

Is there a way to insert additional space when a field changes value? For example I have a report listing several occurances at 8:00 AM. I then have occurances at 9:00 AM ect. I would like to insert a line feed between the last occurance of 8:00 AM and the first occurance of 9:00 AM.
