I am looking for blank forms for partner systems and for partner mail systems. All I can find are forms with entries already made.

Right, I got those ok, but the Partner Mail VS has only case studies.
I would like completly blank forms.

Well those are the blank forms for the partner. Which is what you asked for.

Since I have provided the link for the site where you can find the documents I had hoped that you would actually search the site to find what you are looking for. However now I see that you need to be spoon fed.

Yeah Yeah Yeah I found 'em. For some reason the manuals I had downloaded had already filled in forms, possibly from a real customer. I do have the blank forms now. Got them shortly after I posted my second request. Sorry for making you type so much more, don't hurt your wrist.

You found them? I posted them for you. You found them in the link I posted. My wrist is just fine. It can make a motion similar to smacking someone in the face without pain. But thanks for your concern.
