Blank Email Addresses Tab after Creating New User

Hi Guys

A problem has developed with our Windows 2000/Exchange 2000 server in that when you create a new user in Active Directory, everything appears ok until you go into the new user properties and click the Email Addresses tab and everything is blank. There is no default email address or X400 address at all.

Anyone any ideas?

check system manager for its recipient policy.

Thanks Zelandakh, recipient policy all looks ok. I even tried changing to a different address and then back again but no luck.

Click "Update Now" under Recipient Update Policy

Thanks guys, problem was with the recipient update policy under Exchange system manager. For some reason all the configuration had disappeared. Added it all back in and now works ok. Cheers
