Blank e-mail Details

When looking at an e-mail entry in the History tab.

Some e-mails have teh header information but no details i.e all the From: To: Subject date: data is prescent but the e-mail content is not.

Anyone any idea's whats happend to it?

For every e-mail record, there is a HISTORY record and a MAILBOX record. The latter contains the message, the former is just a pointer. Sounds like you lost the MAILBOX record, somehow.

On dbase its sometimes worth doing a rebuild as it 'might' reappear.
