Blank documents - Remote Cache

Hello there,

We are using OpenText ECM Livelink 9.7.1 with Remote Cache servers. One of the symptoms that we are experiencing is that remote cache users are furnished with blank documents. I have looked at the cache location and the corresponding physical file is not 0 bytes. The problem gets fixed if I perform a Remote Cache populate for the document. Would like to know if anyone has experienced the same or can send some hints / tips to look for potential causes and/or troubleshoot.
