Hi,
We are running Nortel CC7. In the CDN statistics, we have records regarding a blank CDN (CDN number and name are blank). All the calls of this CDN are terminated.
Note that the sum of calls offered on all Other CDNs (without this blank CDN) are equal to the calls offered to the Master_Script which let me think that this blank CDN contains doubled records or records not hitting the master script !!!!!!!!!!!
If the call is routed from a script to another one if all agents are logged out, it is counted as terminated for the first script/CDN and the CDN is well known.
However where his unknown CDN come from?
Any ideas?
Thanks.
