Blank call on operators console

Hi Guys,
since yesterday our operator is getting a incoming call display 8881-25-555-0 but when pick it looks blank we are using meridian 61C,Its looks one to incommoding trunk is become bad,how to print all incoming and out going trunk line.
any suggestion or advice to solve this issues

I'm guessing that 8881-25-555-0 is a incoming CLID that your operator is seeing?. I would suggest that you look in the history to find if anything has recently happened.

It is happens suddenly from yesterday and in past i did not make any change in our system

when i print LTM found route 25 is showing NETBOX but physically netbox is not connected to our system see the below attachment

I've looked at the photo and it is just showing what has been configured.It doesn't mean that that is the problem
