Blank Black Screen After SSH Authorisation.

Logging into Intuity Audix through internet explorer by ip address, we open a web browser login in as sa and associated password. Then we click on Global Administration and then Messaging Administration.. I get a black screen with a online status on the top right corner.

Then I get prompted for an SSH authorization . We log in with the same sa credentials and password. This login brings us to back to the same black screen changing the top right status to offline with a message in the black screen as follows

SSH-1.99-OpenSSH_3.4pl

Login & password accepted

And nothing more. No prompt . Need help as we are unable to mange users mailboxes

Basically not able to obtain an AUDIX Command Prompt screen after SSH authorisation

Just tested to see if this is a local issue or global any other user with sa credentials is able to log in with them and obtain the AUDIX Command Prompt screen. The issue is only to one specific user.
