Blackberry's and Call-Pilot

Hey everyone,
I have been having issues with customers who cannot check the VM with Blackberry's. When the are transferred into the Call-Pilot and press XX-ext-pswd they get "that number combination was not recognized." I am able to get through though on lanlines and other cellphones, just not Blackberry's. Any help would be appreciated

may be the old double digit problem the older cell phones use to have

use to have a customer that called it to aa and dialed 22x and always got ext 222 , after putting a buttset on the incoming line I heard that the cell was putting out double digits. try and see if something similar could be happening
listen to the incoming digits , sometimes a digit grabber comes in handy

Sounds like a timing issue within the BlackBerry.

Make sure that you are running the latest version of software 31.10.31.22.
