Do you have a BES server, can the BES server see the UC server as it will use the BES to access the network.

No we don´t have BES, do we need it to get tha UCA to work with blackberry?

I dont believe so, how are your android phones connecting, wireless or 3g, is your uc server available publicly or through mbg

the android and iphones are connection to the uca server by 3g, and the UCA server is also action as the firewall. The MBG is installed but we are not using it.

I have no experiance from the blackberry, and find it strange that the iphone and android works so easy and the blackberry don´t :)

can we connect the blackberry to the server by ip or do we need do use a host name? the ip adress works fine with android and iphone.

Try using this.

Blackberry Software Installation and Setup
1).Install the app software.
2).Accept the EULA.
3).After accepting, the Setup Wizard will guide you through connecting to the UC Server and some initial settings.
3).Type the FQDN of the UC Server along with your username and password.
4).Click Test Connectionto make sure the settings are correct.
5).Click Next.

NOTE:If your UC Advanced is connected using an MBG, it will be necessary to use the “secure connection” option to connect. If asked to accept a certificate, you must approve it in the device’s keystore

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

We have used the wizard and if we reboot the phone the uc client will stay connected for about 15 seconds. then it is like something on the phone blocks the connection.
