Blackberry to Junk Mail Folder

When receiving email from a User who sends email from their Blackberry it is going into my Junk Mail folder.

dumb question - but have you checked your junk mail handling rules? (eg: junked domains and users)?

Yes and actually have told it to ALLOW email coming from nextel.blackberry. Unless you Trust it at the Client end, it does not work!! Very frustrating.
