Blackberry reconciliation

In the company I work for we have a BES server and about 10 blackberry users

A few of them are complaining that reconciliation isn't working properly in the fact that they seem to get loads of mail in at once and some mails are missing

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

You will have to be more specific with the symptoms, but this sounds like two distinct issues;

1) Loads of messages arriving at once - is it about every 15-20 mins? If so, this is known as clumping and is caused by new messages being found by rescan of the mailbox rather than notifications from the exchange server. This can be a symptom of overloaded exchange servers or poor WAN connections.

2) Some mails are missing - Hard deleted messages? Delegates moving messages? Messages being filed in folders? Need more details....

CC messages missing? Could be the redirection settings.
