blackberry phone help for csx website

I'm a csx employee, I have a blackberry storm touch screen.I'm not very good with computers. My question is, I'm trying to access the csx, webbconnect.csx.com/ website on my phone. It is a secure site. I can't access it. Is there something I can download to my phone for help?

Have you contacted CSX's IT department? Since you're employed by CSX they should be able to help you.

Is this a personal blackberry, or one that was issued through your company? If it is a personal one, your telecom/desktop folks will have to do some things on the backend to allow you access.
