Blackberry not synchronizing with Outlook Calendar

I have a user whose BB calendar will not synchronizing with the Outlook calendar. There are no error messages displayed also the calendar box is checked to synchronize. I've tried to hard and soft reboot the BB (just in case). BB's site hasn't been very helpful...

Forgot to include it's running on BES 3.6 with Office 2003
