Hello,

I am looking at the Blackberry Mobile Voice System (MVS)to integrate with the CS1K. Has anyone have this option integrated with your CS1K? if you do, please share your experience. What hardware requires for the intergration? I am more concern on the Nortel's side integration, users' experience. Are your users happy with this application that the Blackberry MVS provides the one number for the LAN and cell phone number?

Here is the demo link from att on the blackberry MVS.

NO SIP integration

Must point all DID's the BES Server and reporgram all your desk phones with new numbers

911 issues

I would look at Mobile x or MC3100 for Nortel.

We have MVS integrated with Option 61.

If all your users are within just one PBX, MVS is good for you. Otherwise, voice quality may degrade. And each Enterprise call goes first to MVS DID pool, which will be a long-distance call if it is from a remote site.

The programming is quite time-consuming. You need CDP, NRS, voice mail changes.

Now X-mobile is quite attractive to us.
