I just upgrade my BES from the small business version to the professional version. Now the blackberry manger will not open. Everthing else seems to work I just cannot manage any handhelds. Please Help!!

Was this just a license upgrade or did you upgrade the software on the BES server?

Well I am not sure what you mean. It was supposed to be and upgrade from 10 license to 30. The file I downloaded was and upgrade to the Professional software with a service pack 4 included. I asked the US Cellular rep before I installed and they said this was the correct version to install. I upgraded the Exchange BES software with that file.

Did you also update the PC that has BB manager installed on it?

They are both on the same server. The database is on another server
