I installed a new exchange 2003 box completely separate from the current exchange 5.5 organization. We have not migrated yet, I was just perparing the new server. Since this, the blackberry server will not display any users in the management console. The users are sending and receiving ok, but I cannot manage them. Does anyone know how to fix this problem with the management console?

All it shows is "First Routing Group". When I try to add the server, it does not display and admin mailboxes available.

Did you install the Exchange 5.5 stuff on the Exchange 2003 server? and what mode is the 2003 server, and exchange 2003 server running in.

no, I didn't install Exchange 5.5 tools. I'm not sure what you mean by "mode". It is a member server on a 2000 AD.

There are various modes that AD and/or Exchange will run in... Make sure you AD is in mixed mode. If you still don't know what I mean, go buy a book.

The 2000 AD is in mixed (not native mode). I do not have the ADC. The windows 2003 server is a member server, the exchange 2003 is not connected to the exchange 5.5. We've gotten off track of the problem I originally stated. That's ok, I've resigned to re-installing BES.

Thanks.
