I installed BES 4.1 on Windows 2003 R2 server and during the setup I specified the wrong server name. I have uninstalled BES, deleted any "Research in Motion" folders, and "Research In Motion" registry entries, and reboot. Did the BES 4.1 install again, it adds the server correctly, but still has the incorrect entry. Does anyone know how to delete that server entry?

Did you try re-installing into a different directory than the default?

Yes, I've had this before too. If it's a new installation and you don't have any users setup yet, then just delete the database in SQL and reinstall. Alternately to test the theory you can install the BES using a different database name such as BESMgmt2.

Good luck!

If it's a new db then do as detailed above.

If it's a current database that you are adding a new BES to then check the serverconfig table in the DB. If you cancelled the first install halfway through then a lot of the fields for this server will not be populated and in essence it will be an orphaned entry, you can go ahead and remove that row from the database table (stop all BES services and backup the DB before making any changes in case it goes wrong).
