blackberry; Appointments created on device are not sent to Outlook

Hi all, all of a sudden, when creating an appointment on the blackberry 8800 and pearl, the calendar appointment does not get sent to the user's outlook. There is one thing that I can think of that might have something to do with this... it's we moved these two users' mailboxes from one server to another. The blackberry enterprise server picked it up and no intervention was needed. Maybe I need to remove and re-add the user to the BES? Any other thoughts? thanks!

Don't need to do anything if the BES picked up the mailbox move. Make sure the required permissions are set on the new server.

Thanks Jpaf, that was exactly the problem, the bberry user perms needed to be set on the new post office. everything is working like charm now!
