I have never used blackberry before so i have a few questions. 1) When an e-mail is sent to the users corporate e-mail account can you just forward it to the blackberry 2) if the mail is forwarded to the device is there a way to make it use the corporate address when the user replies to a message. 3) Will this work without having to buy any new software? Thanks for any help you may have. Also if you have any oppinions on this service i would like to here them.

Thanks

Yes you can forward to the handheld all email that comes in or filter out specific email. When a user replies it uses whatever the default Exchange users reply address is set to.

You have to run a BES (blackberry Enterprise Server) or you have to have a computer setup with redirector to run 24/7.
