Blackberry 7130 not receiving Outlook calander reminders.

I have a Blackberry 7130 and it is not receiving any calendar reminders. The reminders are in the email. It has 2 at the top right hand corner like I have 2 meetings scheduled. Now I am not receiving any reminders for meetings. There was an error message that something was full but I did not catch the error and now it does not replicate the error.

Are you setup on a BES or are you using Redirector?
