Our users are on NT 4.0, some on SP5, some SP 6a. Both having the same trouble. Usually while scrolling on the Internet, sometimes in Acrobat Reader 4.0, and occasionally scrolling in various other applications, the screen goes black and the machine must be powered off to recover.<br><br>Any ideas? Always while using the scroll bar.<br><br>Thank you.
