Black Screen received on Scopia XT5000

HELLO,

I'm implementing Scopia XT5000 v8.3.2.534 , all ports are open on my firewall, all its working with AVAYA endpoints, but with Tandberg i receive a black screen and no voice received , and the remote endpoint can hear me and see me also.
can anyone suggest any idea about this issue ?

Did you make a trace on your firewall to check is something is blocked ?

yes i did check , but with a virtual room hosted on AVAYA USA its working fine, but only with 3rd party endpoint like in this case (Tandberg)

Unplug the power pack to the camera and the codec unit and plug it back in. You'd be surprised how often that resolves it.

Did you try it? Happens all the time with scopia.

We use Lifesize for video conferencing.
We reboot all the devices every Monday morning.
